The best factory conversation is therefore style-specific: it identifies what quantity range is practical for this product and what trade-offs exist if the buyer needs to move it.
Protect the critical approval gates
Define who approves fit, fabric, wash, trims, artwork and packing. If approvals are scattered across several stakeholders, choose one buyer-side owner to consolidate feedback. This keeps the factory working from one clear decision trail.
Plan dispatch before goods are finished
Shipping readiness is not an afterthought. Confirm the destination, packing format, labeling and required documents early. This gives the production team an opportunity to coordinate the final presentation of the goods with the buyer's route to market.
